Descrizione
Starting from the centre of Corio, from Piazza Caduti per la Libertà, follow for a while via Piano Audi until reaching Regione Molino dell’Avvocato. Here, once past the historic stone bridge, take the path that goes up along the left bank of the Malone river. You will pass through some small villages and then you will reach Piano Audi (867 m), where on path n. 416 you will continue up the sunny side of Monte Soglio. The footpath runs along the rural trail in direction of Refuge Alpe Soglia (1723 m). The refuge is a stage place where, in addition to the simple rest, you can climb easily to the top of Monte Soglio from which, on clear days, you can enjoy an exceptional panorama towards the Po Valley surrounded in all directions by the high peaks of the Piedmont Alps, of the Aosta Valley and of Lombardy.
