Peregrin-Azioni - Chiomonte

Peregrin-Azioni is an evocative series of guided cultural tours curated by Davide Ligas and Monica Re, which combines visits to architectural and natural heritage sites with the physical expression of dance therapy: through specially designed itineraries linked to local history, participants are invited to physically experience the stories of these places. In Chiomonte, the meeting point is at the Chapel of Santa Caterina. This stage will pay tribute to the extraordinary figure of Colombano Romean on the 500th anniversary of the Pertus project, the tunnel carved out of the rock to bring water to the Ramats side of the valley. The itinerary will end at the Levis Art Gallery, where a themed exhibition will highlight manual labour, tunnelling and community cohesion.
